Someone that pretends to be unselfish in doing everything they do for others, but preaches against self-serving behavior in others while actually being the most self-serving person you ever met.
The narcissist didn't want to be obvious about who she was really looking out for, so she spent her life pretending to be a beautiful person that cared about other people's best interest before her own. That would defer any suspicion people might have about her to someone else.

The bubbly girl thought she single handedly built the skyline of a city she wasn't even originally from, and that people that were originally from that city owed her something for it, because she was a true narcissist. She was always the kind of person quick to talk about somebody else's inflated sense of worth, but couldn't see her own, or her own double standards for what they were. She could see through the rungs of everyone's ladders but her own.

A person who cannot see beyond their own ego and believe they are superior to other people. They will court you and love him you but will quickly change to manipulation, lies, and controlling behavior. They will always try to flip situations on the other person, making them feel like they should apologize. After attacking then they will give positive affection to draw their pray back in before going back to their tactics. They take joy in breaking down others to feel superior and win in arguments. They will manipulation situations in order to always be right. They lack empathy and only truly care about themselves.
“Jonathan is a true narcissist and got caught emotional cheating on his girlfriend, and instead of owning his wrong doings, he blames his girl friend for his actions, gives her insults to break her down, and manipulates the conversation in his favor to make her believe she is at fault when in reality she is actually the victim of the situation”

Someone who sees or knos of no flaws in their reflection, whether it be physically or something else that a mirror wouldn't reveal.
A true narcissist isn't someone who looks into a mirror, a true narcissist is someone who looks into a mirror and sees no flaws in themself, but sees flaws in others.

Someone who (esp. after winning) feels the need to say that “the main point of the game is to create friendship” or “we’re a team” thereby undermining the whole game and pissing everyone else off.
The Game Narcissist, after narrowly winning the game and not contributing anything to his team, told everyone that “it’s okay to lose” and that “winning doesn’t really matter.”

Because the narcissist has no disorder.
"As you insisted, I went to the therapist. She told me I have narcissistic personality order, which she said very few individuals have. I described our relationship and she wants to see you three times a week."
