A word for someone to say when they are extremely bored or have ADD or excitedly happy for no reason whatsoever. It is somewhat related to the blee blah as it is sometimes hard for these people to express themselves coherently. These plinky plonky types only are understood amongst themselves.

A beeboobopper is anything or anyone that is technical in nature. A computer, iphone, or GPS is a beeboobopper. A computer programmer, engineer, or IT dude can also be a beeboobopper.

Thing example: I spilled water on my beeboobopper and now it doesn't work.

Person example: Luckily, I know a beeboobopper who can fix it.
