Spannered

Originating from the phrase 'to throw a spanner in the works' it can be used to say something is broken, or that someone is tired. Also ised as an insult in the noun form 'spanner'.
You've spannered my life up now you spanner. Now I must get some sleep since I am spannered.

Shatnered

New slang for "disrespect" (common current slang is "dis").
I saw William Shatner at a comedy club in Chicago and asked for his autograph. He rudely refused more than once--I was "Shatnered". (this is the origin)

Someone who fails to do something they were supposed to do. Shanking can be deliberate or accidental, the key aspect is just that they failed to come through on something.
Someone not showing up to their friend's party is just a flake.
But not showing up, and also forgetting they were supposed to bring the tap, that is a shanker.
