Same thing as saying "I'm dead"when someone says or does something funny but instead you say "I'm Schleep". You could also say it when someone does something insanely fucking stupid.

When someone decides to slap or hit you for no reason whatsoever; this may be the result of any of the following:
1) someone is mad at you for no reason in particular
2) they are excited and decide to take it out on your arm
3) (in extreme cases) they simply find it entertaining to continuously slap the growing red welts on your skin
