When a person discreetly inserts his/her middle finger in their anus, then he/she purposefully inserts said finger into another unsuspecting persons mouth.

I witnessed two individuals engaged in a heated argument when one of them quickly and unexpectedly served the other individual a Brown Town Popsicle (BTP).
