She's SMART. She is very clever, and usually feels a bit higher up in her mind-set than her peers, and feels a bit awkward.
Lastly, she's FRIENDLY. NEVER does she cause the fights, and NEVER does she pick a side. She listens to what everyone has to say, and usually helps the people upset. She literally and metaphorically holds everyone together. As I said before though, she's delicate. Although she may help everyone else feel better, it doesn't mean she knows how to deal with her own feelings, and it's not like anyone else knows or can help her because she's too good at bottling them up. Be kind to her. Don't annoy or be mean to her, because chances are she hates it but doesn't want to hurt your feelings. Unless you are hurting hers purposely. Then she will explode all over you.
She is a girl full of feelings, but is too afraid to confess them herself. She just expects nobody to like her back, and is very sensitive towards when people ignore her/go off with someone else. She's not good with handling loneliness, and results to thinking how insufficient you must think she is. Don't treat her like shit.
