Usually used in the phrase, "to be caught in a dickle." It's an ultra specific variant of the idiom, "to be caught in a pickle."

To find oneself in an uncomfortable situation when one realizes too late that one's penis is somewhere it shouldn't have been.

He realized too late that he was caught in a dickle; his colleague had only been asking to see him in his birthday suit in jest.
