Hot Sauce 

Prosecutors in trial are at the end of the line. They have to fix missteps by law enforcement, class up a bad witness and plug every hole in a case to be able to sell the case to the jury. This process requires a boat load of "hot sauce" to be poured on a case.

I had to hot sauce this last Burglary trial I had.
