1. n. In the sport of Hoss-Toss, at any time a player can attempt a Red Hoss, which is a Hoss from the Red Dot. If successful, the player automatically wins the World Championship that season and is considered the best Hoss-Tosser for that year no matter what. A player can only attempt one Red Hoss a season.

A Red Hoss is unthinkable in modern times.
