Church of Goomy

A religious organization founded upon the belief that Goomy, a newly introduced Dragon type Pokémon in the 6th generation, is God. Sprouting from the subreddit /r/ChurchOfGoomy, the number of subscribers has grown from zero to about four thousand over the last three months, though it is widely suspected there are many more practicing the religion than there are subscribers. Most of the religious practices of the Church of Goomy sprout from Catholicism and Christianity, frequently spoofing prayers, songs, and rituals used by those practicing said religions. The Church of Goomy believes in treating others in a just, kind manner and frequents in the literal worshiping of Goomy.
