Yuri is a name used in both Japan and the Russian federation. In Japanese, the name translates to "Lily". Though I do not have the Russian translation of Yuri. The name can be used for both males and females alike.
Yuri is also a type of anime focused on transgender characters and same-sex interaction though this one has more not safe for work content due to the nature of its characters and plot. Yuri anime is predominantly focused on female transgenderism and there are a few ones that focus on male transgenderism.

Known as SCP-0304, the Yorik is a carbon based organism that has unknown origin. It appears human, but displays no human sentiment. In an experiment known as the PAUL-project, it repeatedly rejects the affections of Paul, but displays minute signs for enjoyment when stimulated. For now, the Yorik is tagged as “fluid”, for his affection to various women and intense love for the stimuli from the PAUL-project.
