Late teens to early/mid tweties male who wears ripped and/or low hanging jeans with a diamond encrusted belt. Their coat or t-shirt usually has a meaningless crest either on the front or back with an ornamental scarf regardsless of the season. The iconially "swept" hair with optional highlights looks like it's been styled with cat shit, hence "cat shat".

Look at that cat shat, I'd love to take his scarf and shove it up his ass!

1.An adjective describing a person who tries to be inspirational during what is suppose to be a motivational hockey speech but they clearly fail.

1. A typical shartzy speech would play out like this:

"Iight niggaz dis team we playin against iz mad ugly, son. Look at doz' fans homes, dey aint got shit on us. Dis team iz EZ and knock some heads on der ass, ya dig?"

2.Person 1:Yo dude did you hear that speech in the huddle?

Person 2: Yeah dude, I was sooooooooo inspired
