legal frequentism

A theory of emergent rights which states that as human beings; we are all one person in different bodies.

The legal FOUNDATION of postmodernism..
Legal frequentism argues that our bodies--not minds--are responsible for our sundry behaviors. This indicates that we are legally but not morally liable for our actions since we did not choose our individual bodies.

legal virgin

Someone who is 18 y/o or older (the age of consent in many countries, hence making them "legal") and still has not lost their virginity. There could be several reasons for this:

1) A personal choice, like wanting your first time to be with someone you really love, instead of just hooking up, or wanting to avoid getting an STD. This is often looked upon as an excuse for reason three (see below) but this is not always the case, and there is not anything wrong with waiting until you are 100% comfortable.

2) Religious reasons, as many religions like Christianity and Islam forbid sex until you are married (see: abstinence) or forbid having sex at all, like in the case of Buddhist Monks (see: chastity). While this is not as upheld as it once was, diehard followers of their religion will still practice this.

3) Simply not being able to get laid. This could be because of poor appearance, lack social skills, hygiene problems, and/or just not putting in an honest effort. This is the most common reason for being a legal virgin. (see also: incel and inceldom).

(note: different from legal virginity, which is not having a criminal record)
Use case 1: I really wanted my first time to be with someone special, so I didn't lose my virginity until my 20s
Use case 2: I was brought up Orthodox, so I waited for marriage
Use case 3: I was weird and ugly in high school, so I didn't lose my virginity until college after I had a glow up

All are examples of legal virgins

Legal Precedent

Good. Good... I mean my whole thing is peripheral culpability. It's like my whole thing.
Hym "Now (thanks to the new legal precedent) I'll be able to link the likely but preventable child murder that will happen EXPLICITLY AS THE RESULT of a targeted harassment campaign and the public theft of the solution to the current iteration of A.I. and link it to these piece of shit self-help YouTubers... And HOPEFULLY... I can detroy their lives from the grave... And then they kill themselves. It's a win-win"
