It’s is a term often refers to a perceived irrational or obsessive hatred or criticism of the State of Israel, especially when that criticism is seen as disproportionate, unbalanced, or disconnected from reality. Most Islamists, leftists and retards has it.

Someone might be labeled as having “Israel Derangement Syndrome” if they:
• Blame Israel solely for all Middle East problems.
• Deny or minimize terrorism against Israeli civilians.
• Apply extreme scrutiny to Israeli policies while ignoring worse actions by other states.
• Portray Israel as inherently evil or genocidal without nuance or context.
