Dirpy

Dirpy is a term used to describe a person who is cute in an adorable awkward kind of sense. A dirpy person often is that cute girl who is a little clumsy (i.e. pouring water on your crotch, them frantically trying to clean it up) or the guy who awkwardly and adorably rambles to his crush while asking her out.

This phrase thrived during the late eighties to early nineties in elementary schools through high schools. It is a way of saying "I already knew that, and am surprised this information is new to you."

Kid 1: "Hey, they're coming out with a Super Mario Brothers movie!"

A person who not only lacks all intelligence but strives to show that in daily activities, sometimes unintentionally a total idiot. Can also be called a Hurfy/Durfy or pulling a Durfy.

"Do we have to invite him he is such a Hurfy Durfy."
