(Pronounced: duh-byoose)

The act of verbally demeaning a complete stranger (for whatever reason) after you walk past them by shouting often random, sexual, or racial slander at them (whether they are aware of it or not) as they walk away. Named after the maniac Phillip Debus, formally known as the Aryan super hero Super Kraut.

Person 1: Man, I was in the hall and this asshole pushed me and told me to move, so as he walked away I called him a Dirty Camel Jizz Guzzler.

Person 2: Man, ya gotta be careful, you can be charged with Debuse bro....

Decisioneering

Decisioneering is the over-engineering of a simple decision because you can. In fact by using Decisioneering often the event that drove the decision point is over, closed out and has expired by the time the Decisioneered solution has been finalized.

A committee of analysts commenced a Decisioneering process on how to best go about killing a fly. They considered using a flyswatter, as well as researching, proposing, socializing, re-researching, re-proposing, many other ideas. In the end they decisioneered an elaborate, well researched, and effective Rube Goldberg device. Only then did they notice that the fly had left the room.

Indifferent Decision

deckslap

Resulting from innocent interpretation of "d*ckslap", deckslap is a variation of the dickslap, invented by the members of I-PR. While the physical action of deckslapping is yet to be defined, it remains an action used by one to express a wide variety of emotions and sensations. These include: gratitude, appreciation, degradation and love.
In addition, the deckslap can be used as a form of punishment or reward, highlighting ones status and to emphasise anothers tomfoolery.

Delusional Confidence Syndrome

A feeling of great determination one feels to work their hardest to achieve straight A's for the next quarter/semester that inevitably falls short due to procrastination and/or lack of willpower.

Student #1: My roommate went out and bought a bunch of binders and dividers and paper, rambling on about how organized and hard working he's going to be next quarter.
