A dance, beginning with the "Move It Like Bernie", and slowly progressing to a point where a person has lifted both their arms up parallel to the ground (resembling a bird), while simultaneously bobbing their head and making bird sounds. It is also appropriate for a person to twitch their arms as if they were shaking their wings.

When a males genitalia is approximately the size of a hamster aka. very small. When said to girls on the street in a heckling manner this term will lead to laughter and chicks love doing it with funny guys.

Girl 1: Haha!, LOL!, ROFL! lets do it!
