A way of emphasising one's keenness to partake in an activity- often surfing, drinking or fighting.

Often shortened to mad dog.
Mad dog keen is a phrase made popular by the cult underground movie "Jordanman 2.0"

Keenan

Keenan is an interesting and intriguing guy despite his apparent boring life. He has a sense of humor so bad that it’s good and if he has a secret, he’ll build it up as high as he can, then never tell you. Keenan always has some kind of ache or pain no matter how youthful he is and he basically coined the name “old man”. He some how is able to be simultaneously flamboyant and social while being painfully awkward and anxious. A Keenan is a super nerdy, dorky, loser, but it’s what adds to his shitty, almost non-existant charm. If you slip up even once in front of a Keenan you’ll be left teased forever and you can never live it down. Overall, Keenans are an 8/10; minus one point for the secrets, minus another for the shitty nicknames you’ll get stuck with.
