A Scratty Hannah will act like she is billy big balls when she has her group of equally scratinal friends around her but we can all hear your voice shaking little girl sit back down. A Scratty Hannah has no shame and is also very narcissistic. You will know when a Scratty Hannah is about when you hear a whiny voice and when you see that all the stitch merch from primark has gone missing. You will also know when a Scratty Hannah is about because she resemble a grey squirrel she always has a backpack, probably harbouring her seeds and nuts.
