A young man or teenage boy that is a hot headed wanna be ganster who thinks they are the shit but really they're just a dumb ass kid that goes around saying stupid gang shit and committing crimes without thinking first because they think it makes them cool.

Used as a derogatory term for stupid criminals prone to being caught and getting into fights for no good reason for lack intelligence.
