it's a particular blasphemy of north-east Italy, it's like "god pig" but in that dialect "maschio" is the pig.
you can us also "maschiaccio"

expression Italian people, especially teenagers, use when angry in substitution to the very similar-sounding "dio cane". Was popularized by an Italian youtuber accidentally saying it during a livestream.
