zDPS (z pronounced as zed) stands for zero damage per second , used in video games to describe an underwhelming character or weapon/ability that inflicts zero or close to zero damage.
Possible side effects include, but are not limited to: boss fights lasting hours, twitch chat falling asleep, being below tank on damage meters, bricking your atlas, brain fog and loss of eyebrows.

but also can mean "healthy".
