An infinitely wrinkled shirt. Often seen on IT staff who wear a single shirt for days on end, wrinkling if in the process of sleeping in their chairs, under their desks, on the corporate couch, etc.
I pressed the doorbell, and this techie in a fractal shirt and 5 days' worth of beard opened the door, groggily.

A bitch shirt is a sports jersey which has a player's name on it that is worn by a fan, the implication being that this makes the fan the player's "prison bitch."
