Also quite talented-he has done many more fabulous movies besides Bridget Jones'I & II (although those are great, too!)I really don't see how there is ANY competition between him and Hugh Grant (please....).I quite agree with the previous definition..he is not old! Overall, the best British import since The Beatles (and Cadbury's Milk Tray).

Collins Scale

A scale for ranking woman at Collins Dormitory at Indiana University. Since the women of this dormitory are not as visually stunning as most women at the University, the regular hotness ranking scale is obsolete. Thus, one has to use the Collins scale, wherein the standards of ranking are extremely lowered. When one encounters a girl who is a 8 or above on this modified scale, then they are considered Collins cute. When one encounters a girl considered Collins cute, then it is necessary to yell out "CC" really loud. If this girl is a 10 on the scale (which is about a 6 on the true scale), then she is considered MEGA Collins Cute.

"Hey You See that girl, she's like a 9 on the Collins Scale."
"Yeah Dude, Hey CC!"
