Arizona Governor Jan Brewer's nick name. Baroness Bomburs is the villain queen of the land of Vulgaria who orders the imprisonment of all children in the movie Chitty Chitty Bang Bang.

Baroness Bomburs (aka Gov Jan Brewer) considers a bill that would require schools to report undocumented children. The children will then be lured by candy and toys into a wagon by a long nosed man called the Child Catcher (aka Sheriff Joe Arpaio).
