A gang in Placentia CA controlling neighbors near the Kraemer park, Santa Fe, and Ruby Drive. The gang's rivals are La Jolla X3, Underhill st X3, and Wicked Minds. Though Plas gang ain't active anymore, they like to tag and post up then become a puss ass when fools try to catch fade and have to be home by 8 PM. Planchas is a term for the Plas gang members who don't have the balls to square up with other gangs.
