The act of acquiring an extra hour or two of sleep through the use of a vague medical condition as an excuse. Kirking requires you to show up at 9:30 to 10:00 am thus allowing you to maintain your ability to give others a rash of shit if they take a sick day.

A really shit dad who chooses alcohol over his kids. Has a tendency to beat his children's mother because he's a big pussy and would never hit a male.
