A Montenigger has two meanings:
1. A loyal, patriotic SERB living in Montenegro, who is smart as hell and doesn't want to separate.
2. A cracked up m.f.er like Milo Djukanovic who wants to separate, and who is too stupid to realize that he is a SERB and that SERBIA AND MONTENEGRO ARE ONE NATION!!!
