Freckle Stretcher (noun)
Slang, vulgar — A term used to describe anything (or anyone) that stretches the anus during anal sex. “Freckle” being a tongue-in-cheek reference to the butthole, and “stretcher”… well, you get the idea. Often used humorously or graphically in adult conversations.
