Someone who has surpassed the levels of jerk and asshole, however not yet reached fucker or motherfucker. Not to be confused with douche.
An individual who has an over-inflated sense of self-worth, compounded by a low level of intelligence, behaving ridiculously in front of colleagues with no sense of how moronic he appears.
Also is a scientific name for schmuck who rolls up in public with a haircut from the 1970’s and a camouflage coat thinking he looks like a movie star.

A person who thinks that they are the most knowledgeable source of information on a particular topic when in reality they don't jackshit about it. This person parades around as an expert on subjects, which by sheer nature of their lack of intelligence, prevents them from ever having the slightest expertise of knowledge about the subject.

That Wayne Greene is a real douche bag because he thinks he knows so much about surgery, when he doesn't even have a medical degree.
