Is the after effects of ingesting large amount's of capsaicin laced products (ex. Jalapeño, Carolina Reaper peppers, assorted hot sauce, etc.) Resulting in internal distress and extreme bowel pressures that conclude with a high pressure, expulsion of liquid fire feces and some internal organ pieces.

After MC ate his 12th Carolina Reaper puree dipped skittle, he felt an unbridled whirl wind of pain and pressure in his down unders....with sweat upon his brow he thought to himself "oh GOD!!! A CHOCOLATE SUPER SOAKER is unavoidable!" Turning his bathroom into a crime scene.
