You put a ratchet in the top where the cap screws on the the bottle. When you light the weed on the top that’s in the ratchet it heats the water that has filled the bottle. As you pull the bottle out slowly, the bottle fills with steam that you then inhale. This gives a great high even though it takes more time to set up.
