wallflower

Perennial plant native to southern Europe, bearing fragrant yellow and orange flowers. The name is derived from the fact that the plant, when naturalized to a region, is often found growing out of the nooks and crannies in an old wall, or a cliff. The natural tendency for this plant to separate itself from the other denizens of a formal garden, and grow in isolated locations, doubtless led to the use of the term "wallflower" to describe an anti-social, or shy individual, who lingers in the background, against the wall, as it were, at social occasions.

The heady fragrance of wallflowers growing on the embankment wafted up to me.

warlocked

To be reduced in effectiveness; rendered inferior.

I bought a new vacuum cleaner but as soon as I took it out of the box I knew it was seriously warlocked. I could hardly get the damn thing to work. Fortunately, the store's policy on warlocked goods allowed me to get a refund.

Modern Warfare 2

A game that was promised to be amazing, but ended up being Infinity Ward's big cash in. If you think this game is amazing, a). have no taste, b). have never played something good.

"So I bought Modern Warfare 2 brand new thinking it would be great, improving on the original, but all I got was an expansion pack, with a piss poor single player, slightly better graphics, and a multiplayer so unbalanced it makes me wonder what happened to humanity."

Mostly known for it's online multiplayer.
Contains no bullshit whatsoever and is totally fair and balanced. *sarcasm*

Durrr...I couldn't possibly win a real 1 on 1 gunfight in an FPS, but luckily there's Modern Warfare 2.
