A phrase used to disparage something, usually something very déclassé that someone wears or the manner in which a person has decorated their home, taken from the popular sixties’ TV show, “The Beverly Hillbillies” which featured the endlessly low-brow nouveau riche hicks, the Clampett family.

So Tue means for people to act in a way that makes them seem like a diva. Another way you can use it is when someone says a diva like remark you can respond with, “so tue!” And if you get a double threat of a Diva like remark and you kinda agree, you can use “so tue” as an agreement.
