A super-secret fellowship established in the geographic center of the world, Wilmington Massachusetts. Established in 2005, the brotherhood continues to gain members worldwide. This is a definition for the game Halo 3. Its an acryonym for Bungie Rip Off because the game has so many glitches. You get ripped off a lot so a kid named Anthony or CardiacArrest47 on xbox live created the acryonym so far it has exploded.
