Fuzz is a common slang term for police. Door fuzz is a correctional officer as they check on inmates through the windows in cell doors.

The door fuzz saw me shove something under my mattress and searched me for contraband.

Used as a code word for blood gang members to be distinctive from crips. Instead of saying "Cuzz" the word "Fuzz" is incorporated into referencing one another.

Similar to the term "nigga"; Usually used as a greeting or farewell.

(Most Bloods do not find the word offensive)
