This is a version of a chav. They can be seen scooting around the estate in their full Adidas tracksuit, and are often seen scooting with a can of boost or some form of alcohol. They may post a video of their scooting skills on Instagram, but they will get very mad if it gets under 150 likes.
What to do if a scooter chav approaches you:
Run. For. Your. Life.
Scooter chavs are very intimidating, they may throw their scooter or an empty beer bottle at you if you are not. careful.
