Get the Noisy Quietmug. The one word you shall never say within your shift at work, unless you are literally asking for hell on earth to break loose a.k.a. the busiest shift you have ever witnessed.
Emergency Operator Nr. 1: "Geez - nothing happened since 9:20pm ... looks like it's going to be a quiet night."
Emergency Operator Nr. 2" "No! Why did you do that? No one is ever allowed to say the word - are you crazy??"
- 5 Minutes later: All Hell breaks loose. (More calls, as they could ever handle, the roof catches on fire and the phones have an outage and one of them gets a call from his wife: the baby is coming and the other one gets a call from his wife: the house burned down.)
