If left untreated can lead to partial or total death of the testicle or testicle(s). Term is used by Paramedics rooting from the medical term "Torsades de Pointes" which is unrelated to the testicles meaning: a twisting heart rhythm commonly called "Polymorphic Ventricular Tachycardia".
