Ryan promised great things in his campaigns, but the USA suffered severe losses during his tenure in Congress.

During 2024, Trump was out there making big promises about eliminating taxes on tips and Social Security payments. Now we see the Paul Ryan Effect in action. Tips and Social Security payments are still being taxed and there is no fix in sight.
