Other way of saying "I Love You". It origins from the sound old dolls used to make when they got pressed. It was supposed to be "I love you" but sounds like "I Wobble You".

While poking someones stomach, say "I Wobble You" in a high pitched voice.

Wibbly Wobbly Web

A phrase used by seniors and middle-aged men to describe the Intertubes.

Use of this phrase is generally considered an indicator that the person using it is attempting to appear hip while really out-of-touch with the zeitgeist.

In the UK the phrase has gained widespread popularity among many readers of The Sun, The Daily Mail, The Star and the Express. And therefore those using the phrase are often chastised for their old-fogeyness.

Foo: "I was surfing the Wibbly Wobbly Web the other day and the most beautiful hem sown curtains."

Bar: "Dude!! No! Just No!"

Refers to da minor-to-medium rocking/shimmying of a single-wheel hand-cart dat occurs when ya momentarily release one of da handles to raise yer hand in greeting to a passerby while trundling said wagon along da roadside.

One fairly easy way to minimize da degree/effects of while-waving wheelbarrow-wobble is to simply brace yer hip against da 'barrow's "free" handle to help hold it stable whenever ya hafta let go of it wif yer hand; wif a little practice, ya may not even need to stop walking, but can just steadily "keep on truckin'" and then re-establish yer grip on da 'barow's handle as soon as ya are able.
