A blunt containing peppermint tea. The blunt is made by obtaining a bag of peppermint tea and then pouring the contents onto a piece of paper. The paper is then rolled up, set alight and smoked.

Very similar to feminem . A name for the homophobic depressed rapper, Eminem, or Marshall Mathers. Because one his rap names is Slim Shady, people decided to make fun of it and turn it into Slim Lady, because he resembles one.

I went to a Slim Lady concert and there were 13 year old girls that were soon to be beaten along with 20 year old dangerous black men.
