Neds - Non educated delinquents. Born and raised in the rough streets in Scotland, mid-teen and they love a bit of drink. The OG's stick to a bit of buckie and dragon soop. Some like to stand out fae the crowd and grab themselves an echo falls or a classic md 20/20.
