When someone starts telling a story/ saying something then refuses to say the rest.

Friend: Oh my god this weekend was sooo craazy!
Yourself: what happend?
Friend: Oh I can't tell you.
Yourself: You's such an information tease!

Where information is being gather and disseminated about me. That's it. There is nothing else.

"New information about this man. He believes that God exists. So he's a religious man." - about man, who believes in God.
"When you told me something I'm already known, this not provides new information to me at all" - about someone, who's already accepted information or does not accept is completely.

There's an information orgy taking place at lunch, at the cafeteria. Basically, it's lunch with some guy hosting a Jeopardy like game with material regarding our project and prizes include food and restaurant coupons
