A concatenation of 'Go, no stop.' Used by Markiplier, Muyskerm (Bob), and LordMinion777 (Wade) in their Chained Together gameplay series. It refers to the action of going forward frantically without even thinking about taking a break.

Mark: "So, how do we do this?"
Wade: "I think we should GONOSTOP."
Bob: "Alright, let's do it."

The culmination of numerous infections causing untold devastation to one’s immune system. When the symptoms and illness are numerous but not normally together. Most usually found in fraternity houses, college dorms, or any other location with many males with dubious hygiene and living in close proximity.

Despite the name it can be applied to STDs or regular illnesses.

Man - Tom’s got the shits, an ear infection, sinus infection, hives, and mono.
