A homeless African American man who wears a long coat and one or more hooded sweatshirts (hood up) in the middle of the summer, has long nappy dreadlocks and nappy beard, and walks with a cane. A perfect example of a nigger wizard can be seen year round walking the streets of downtown New Orleans.

Watch out! That nigger wizard will put a spell on you to make you give him 5 dollars!
