Commonly the name of a freak who claims he is 15, but realistically has the age of a flappy-nappy nursery kid. Clothes are hard for his curious species to find so one would find him ransacking the rails of the kiddy section: he recently featured on the front cover of a leading retailer’s primed kiddy glasses section. He is hard to find, usually just hibernates at home, so you will be lucky to catch sight of this irrelevant creature. Beware though! He likes to lash out when people tap him on the head with a folder :-)
