Get the No-Caps Syndromemug. Ffk syndrome aka former fat kid syndrome is when a person who was fat as a kid, teenager, or just in general and lost a lot of weight. Their body may have slimmed out but their minds are those the same as a fat kid. They seem to recognize their unhealthy thoughts and surpress them daily and throughout their lives trying to continue a healthy life.

"Vau" is in reference to the creature Vaumora from the popular roblox game Creatures of Sonaria.
Vaumora is classified as a glass cannon and almost every Vau player forgets that and tries to attack things way stronger than them, which usually leads to an embarrassing death. Other creatures fall victim to Vau Syndrome such as Salrahn, Sar'Hingaro, Hygos and more. Being a glass cannon isn't required to fall victim because sometimes just a damage value over 400 is enough to make someone fall victim to Vau Syndrome.
Vau Syndrome is hard to overcome because most people who have it are stubborn and never learn.
