The pankhurst syndrome is when a group of more than three people are together socialising and feel the need that one more person is needed to get the night going. As a result of this the Pankhurst syndromes refers to when you have to invite that one person you know is complete dick as everybody else you like is unavailable.

"Vau" is in reference to the creature Vaumora from the popular roblox game Creatures of Sonaria.
Vaumora is classified as a glass cannon and almost every Vau player forgets that and tries to attack things way stronger than them, which usually leads to an embarrassing death. Other creatures fall victim to Vau Syndrome such as Salrahn, Sar'Hingaro, Hygos and more. Being a glass cannon isn't required to fall victim because sometimes just a damage value over 400 is enough to make someone fall victim to Vau Syndrome.
