"Fuckered off" is a descriptive term for any person, place, thing that has obviously been ransacked by methamphetamines and/or methamphetamine users , and needs a nap and/or a tune up.

An endearing term for a friend that is having a much better day (or life) than you, and probably started their day off by waking up to the ole felatio alarm clock followed by a bountiful breakfast in bed including hot gourmet coffee in a fancy hipster mug that has the same logo as the t shirt they slept in.

They work in the school system, so those fucker ass fuckers get the summer off every damn year.
